Obama and Palestine

Obama had resisted calls to intervene earlier in the Gaza crisis, citing the principle that there should only be one president dealing with foreign policy at a time.

But last night he said: 'It will be the policy of my administration to actively and aggressively seek a lasting peace between Israel and the Palestinians as well as between Israel and its neighbours.'

He condemned Hamas for launching 'thousands of rockets' against Israeli civilians and reiterated America's support for Israel. But he also called on the Israelis to
open their borders to Gaza and allow relief workers to get aid to Palestinians.

'A future without hope for Palestinians is intolerable,' he added.

Considering the above...

What does Obama mean by 'actively and aggressively seeking a lasting peace' ???

Sounds like the X-files... Peace is out there... somewhere... we just need to search for it...

Regardless of anything an American President can do, real peace cannot be enforced by Obama or anyone else.

Real peace is not a forced action, a political process or a meaningless piece of paper.

Peace can only happen when the Arabs give up their dream of destroying Israel.

But it looks like Israel will be facing another treacherous American President, worse even than Bush.

What was Obama's first foreign phone call?

The media reported that he called the leaders of Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the Palestinian Authority.

This is true... But only part of the truth. They played down or ignored the order of these calls.

President Barack Hussein Obama made his very first call to... Mahmud Abbas, 'President' of the PA.

It was not an accident, but a symbolic act which sent a message to the Muslim world... and to Israel, if only they will face reality.

Obama told Abbas he deliberately made a point of making his first call abroad as President to Abbas to emphasise his concern

for 'Palestine' and the (non-existent) 'Palestinian people'...

Then we have Obama saying that 'a future without hope for Palestinians is intolerable'...

Intolerable for who? For President Obama?

What do these 'palestinians' hope for?

To kill as many Jews as possible...

To destroy Israel...

To flood Israel with 6 million 'returning' Arab 'refugees'...

To replace Israel with an Arab, Islamic and Jew-free state...

These hopes are themselves intolerable... except to the terrorists and their friends.

The Arabs do not hope for peace... except their version of peace... Jew-free and without Israel.

But now in the White House they have a friend and supporter... Obama.

He has lost no time in making his position clear... to those who will listen carefully.

Israel will be 'actively and aggressively' forced to give away yet more of its Land

in the name of 'peace'... with President Obama pushing this surrender.

When will Israel wake up and learn to say No to Uncle Sam... or Uncle Hussein... ???

Obama, despite the media image, is NOT God... NOT any kind of Messiah (except a false one)...

and is only President of the United States... NOT ruler of the world.

Israel should respond to Obama by pointing out a few facts.
